Pastore should know. Having been a resident of Fort Myers, she has over 20 years of hospitality and travel industry experience in resort settings. Most recently Pastore was responsible for Guest Satisfaction in the Rooms Division, as well as the Spa and Fitness Center, with Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, a AAA Four-Diamond Resort. “Given my background in guest services, recreation, time management, and my previous career as a retail fashion buyer, it seemed only natural that I start a business so I can now provide similar solutions to other busy professionals.”

Kelly is not alone, however in applying her experience and expertise to our market. Her business partner is Lynne Pietrzyk, a veteran of the Southwest Florida landscape. “As varied as it was, my experience over the last 20 years was preparing me for something, and as soon as Kelly and I developed Simple Solutions Concierge, LLC, I knew it was my calling!” Pietrzyk’s experience is truly varied, but also relevant. Pietrzyk came to Southwest Florida in 1990 as concierge and trainer for Sanibel Harbour Resort until 1994 when she was given the opportunity to start the Pelican Landing Community Association from the ground floor. That experience over the next five years led Pietrzyk into real estate and she served as a custom design representative for Shadow Wood Preserve. “More recently, though, as I helped my husband open his business, Tour Greens, I found that I had honed my time saving and organizational skills to a level that I could share with others,” says Pietrzyk.
